facing cny lackadaisically

reasons why i cannot be bothered to go the extra mile to prepare for CNY this year:
1. you don't need to wait till CNY to start cleaning up your place.
2. no one said you couldn't buy new clothes if it isn't CNY.
3. after facing a slew of ugly customers for the entire day, you just want to laze at home.
4. it clashes with v day. 'nuff said.
5. we're not having the usual steamboat tonight. not that i mind either. when you've been eating out for lunch and dinner almost every day, home cooked food for reunion dinner is good enough.
6. i face CNY festivities all the time at work. maybe i'm just immune to the goodies already. (anyway, they're fattening. haha.)
7. just the thought of staying home for this super long weekend already makes me happy.
8. i'm too busy hoping that i can get that job. roar~ i really wanna work there can!
i think i've aged. haha.

sidetrack 1: i think many people cannot recognise me now because i have coloured hair. =x

sidetrack 2: i met a really nice customer on thursday! he was friendly and even helped to clear his own table when he saw that we were busy. this is so rare lah, in many cases the customers would be complaining already. if only there were more people like him!
